Hotel
How can I pay at the hotel?
We accept cash, EC card, Maestro, Visa & Mastercard. American Express, however, is not accepted.
Is there a surcharge for single occupancy of a double room?
Yes, the rate is:
Winter: €90 per night
Summer: €80 per night
Are there any electric charging stations for my car?
Yes, we charge! Electric charging stations for your electric car are located right in the hotel's underground car park and available at a surcharge.
How much is local tax?
Local tax is €2.45 per person (aged 15 years and over) per night and is not included in the room rate. Plus a €0.50 mobility fee per person per night from 1 May 2025.
Is there a weekend rate or a surcharge for short-term stays?
Yes, there is a surcharge for short stays:
Winter: €25 per person/day (for 1–3 days)
Summer: €20 per person/day (for 1–2 days)
Should I take out travel cancellation insurance?
We recommend cancellation insurance to be financially protected. In case your trip is delayed or cancelled, the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG insurance company takes over the cancellation costs incurred.

Free cancellation until 4 weeks before arrival
40% of the total sum from 4 weeks to 14 days before arrival
70% of the total sum from 13 days to 8 days before arrival
90% of the total sum within the last 7 days prior to arrival
The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
Are there allergy-friendly rooms?
Our bedding is allergy-friendly bedding and our rooms are carpet-free for a pleasant indoor climate.
Cuisine
How much does breakfast cost?
Breakfast only is €25 per person.
If guests book breakfast only instead of half board, the rate decreases €10 per person/day (€12 from winter 2025/26).
Are there any options for guests with intolerances or allergies?
No problem! Let us know what you need in advance and our kitchen team will whip up something suitable for you.
Adventure & Biking
Where can I rent a bike or repair it?
Bike'n soul shop & rental is just around the corner! As our guest you get exclusive discounts on rental & guided tours.
Can I participate in guided bike tours?
Yes, there are guided tours for hotel guests starting from €25 (incl. 10% discount).
Where can I buy ski passes & is there a ski rental?
You can buy ski passes online or at every cable car's cash desk. Ski rental & ski schools are right in town – we are happy to advise you!
By the way: As our guest, you will get a 10% discount on ski rental at Gumpold Mountain Sports.
Wellness
When are the spa area & the swimming pool open?
Indoor pool: 7am–10pm
Spa area: 3pm–8pm
Entry to the spa area is permitted for children all ages. However, access to the saunas and the relaxation room is only permitted from the age of 16.
